About
In 2009, I stepped into my first Bikram Yoga class after a neck injury. As a single mom of two young boys, I quickly learned that caring for myself was the first step in caring for them. From my first class—where I only made it through two postures—I felt an incredible shift. The practice challenged me more than anything I had ever done, yet left me stronger, calmer, and more accomplished than I thought possible.
Since completing my 9-week teacher training in 2012, I’ve taught yoga, Inferno Hot Pilates, and personal training, blending a holistic and medical understanding of health. My philosophy: fitness is not about perfection, but about progress—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
