WARM WISHES FROM YOUR BYT TEAM
As the year comes to a close, we just want to pause and say thank you!
This past year has been full of growth, laughter, and a whole lot of movement.
We added new classes, built real strength, and—most importantly—deepened a sense of community that makes this space so special. Together, we didn’t just get stronger in our bodies; we built the resilience to meet life’s challenges head-on, with more grace, steadiness, and ease.
As we head into the holiday season and the new year, we’re wishing you rest, joy, and moments that truly fill your cup. May the coming year bring you even more strength, connection, and confidence in yourself—on and off the mat.
Thank you for being part of this community. We can’t wait to keep growing with you. With so much gratitude,
Your Studio Team
WARM WISHES FROM YOUR BYT TEAM
This year at BYT, over 1,050 students walked through our doors, showing up for themselves and for one another.
Together, our community attended an incredible 20,098 classes across 1,305 classes on the schedule—each one a moment of movement, growth, and connection.
One standout favorite was Sundays at 10am Inferno Hot Pilates with Cheryl, our most visited class of the year, with 1,063 total attendances.
These numbers tell a powerful story of consistency, commitment, and a community that truly loves moving together.

WORDS OF WISDOM
We’re adding MORE classes to give you even more ways to sweat, strengthen, and shine:
Tre Herrera chose the quote,
“Health is not about the weight you lose, but about the life you gain.” — Dr. Axe.
As we move into the holiday season, it’s a gentle reminder to give yourself some grace.
Health isn’t measured by a number on the scale, especially this time of year—
it’s about enjoying meaningful moments, nourishing your body, and celebrating the life you’ve been building all year long.
You’ve shown up, put in the work, and grown stronger in so many ways. This season, allow yourself to enjoy it—you’ve earned that balance.
