Sunday, April 19th’s Bollywood IHP class was an absolute blast!

We had an amazing turnout and the energy in the room was electric from start to finish.

Huge shoutout to DJ Precaution for the incredible beats that kept everyone moving, and to Cheryl and Miranda for leading such a fun, high-energy class—keeping us on track while making it feel like one big dance party.

What a workout!

At The Vibe, we’re excited to spotlight Priya K., a wonderful member whose openness and enthusiasm for trying every class modality continue to inspire our entire community.

Read on to see what she shared with us during the interview.

You’re known for trying all the classes—what inspires you to mix it up?
“The teachers are a huge inspiration—they’re truly amazing. They constantly push, encourage, and help you see the potential in yourself.

When I first started, I doubted myself a lot. I’d ask the teachers what a class was like or whether it was hard, and they always responded with the most supportive and motivating words. As I grew more comfortable in one class, I gained the confidence to explore others.

No matter which class I take, I always leave feeling clearer, calmer, and more at peace—and that feeling keeps me coming back for more.”

Was there a class you were nervous to try at first? What changed your mind?
“Yes, definitely. IHP classes felt intimidating at first, especially not knowing what to expect. But Cheryl and Tre made such a difference. They’re so supportive and welcoming that it gave me the confidence to try—they are literally like my own personal cheerleaders–always encouraging me and pushing me at the same time.”
Do you have a favorite class right now… or does it depend on your mood?
“It totally depends on my mood and what my body needs.  Some days I need something more grounding, and other days I need to move and sweat. That flexibility has been huge for me. I also noticed after taking so many different classes that when I incorporate 90 min Bikram classes with IHP– I have seen the most change in my body as well.”
Which class challenges you the most—and what keeps you coming back?
“Each class challenges me in its own way. Even though the 90‑minute Bikram classes are the same format every time, depending on the day and how my body feels, they still manage to completely kick my butt. IHP brings a different kind of challenge altogether—I’m doing more burpees now than I ever thought possible. I’ve truly seen my body transform and be pushed to limits I never imagined I could reach. What keeps me coming back is seeing just how much stronger I’ve become, both physically and mentally. It’s incredibly empowering.”

How has exploring different class styles impacted you physically or mentally?
“It’s made a huge difference. Physically, I feel stronger and more balanced. Mentally, it’s everything.  Honestly, life is already so busy and full—being a full-time working mom with two small kids means my days can feel nonstop.  With the hustle and bustle of everyday life, this is what helps me reset. It fills my cup so I can go back home and be more present, patient, and grounded for my family.”
Funniest or most memorable moment you’ve had in class?
“For my birthday last year, i took a 90 min Bikram class and Cheryl said it was tradition to sing Happy Birthday while we were in triangle pose. Although i didn’t know everyone in the class– I truly felt loved and appreciated by all the members celebrating me. I love that about this place– not only do the teachers cheer you on but the entire community has been so inviting.”
If you could build your perfect week at The Vibe, what would it look like?

“A mix of everything—starting my Monday off with Bikram and sprinkling in IHP along the week. Would love to add in some “double days.” That balance and mixture of classes is what keeps me coming back.”

A heartfelt thank you to Priya for taking the time to share her experience with us and for her incredibly kind words—we’re so grateful to have you as part of The Vibe community!

What would you say to someone who’s sticking to just one class and hesitant to try something new?
“I’d say just try it—you might surprise yourself. You don’t have to be perfect, you just have to show up. The environment is so supportive, and stepping out of your comfort zone is where the growth happens. I promise you will love any class you take!!!

The vibe here is truly unmatched—it really is a VIBE. The support and love I’ve received have been overwhelming in the best way, and I happily drive 30 minutes one way to be here at least five times a week.

Thank you for creating such a beautiful, welcoming, and safe space for all of us”
