If life has gotten busy, schedules have shifted, or your routine has fallen off a little… you’re not alone.

Summer has a way of doing that.

And if you’ve been meaning to get back to class, consider this your gentle reminder:

Your mat is still here.

You do not need to “get back in shape” before coming back.
You do not need to wait for the perfect week.
You do not need to start over from scratch.

You just need to walk through the door.

One of the things we love most about this practice is how quickly it changes the way you feel:

  • Yoga helps calm the nervous system, clear the mind, and bring your body back into balance.
  • Inferno Hot Pilates gives you that instant lift—more energy, better mood, stronger body, and that “I’m so glad I came” feeling.

That’s what we want for you this summer.

Not perfection.
Not pressure.
Just a place to reset, move, breathe, and feel like yourself again.

If it’s been a while, come back this week. Start with one class.
We’d love to see you.

Maria G. is a steady, inspiring presence in The Vibe, known for her quiet confidence and consistent dedication—read on to hear what she shares about practice, progress, and what keeps her showing up for herself.

You’re known for being calm and soft spoken outside the room, but once class starts, you really lock in and bring the intensity. What shifts mentally for you when class begins?

“I think once class starts, everything else kind of fades into the background for me. It becomes less about overthinking and more about being present and pushing myself. Training gives me a space where I can focus fully, challenge myself mentally and physically, and let go of outside stress. That shift helps me tap into a different level of discipline and intensity.”

You’ve been very consistent with both IHP and Strength classes. What keeps you showing up regularly, even on the days when motivation might not be high?

“I’ve learned that consistency matters more than motivation. Some days I feel energized, and other days I don’t, but I still show up because I know I’ll always feel better afterward. Over time, it’s become part of my routine and something I do for myself mentally as much as physically.

It’s become a form of self-love for me, showing up for myself even when it’s hard. The progress may not always be immediate, but staying consistent builds confidence and keeps me grounded.”

This week’s theme is “Consistency leads to progress.” For someone who hasn’t been to the studio in a while and is struggling to get back into a routine, what would you want them to know?
“I’d want them to know that progress doesn’t disappear just because you took a break.

Everyone falls out of routine sometimes, and that’s okay. What matters is choosing yourself enough to start again. Even one class, one workout, or one small step forward can rebuild your confidence. Consistency is really an act of self-love, proving to yourself that you’re worth the effort, even on the hard days.”

Your focus and determination are noticeable in class, but you also always bring a warm smile and positive energy. How has your practice influenced the way you handle challenges outside the studio?

“My practice has taught me patience, resilience, and how to stay calm under pressure.

It’s helped me approach challenges with a clearer mindset instead of reacting emotionally right away. I’ve also learned the importance of discipline, consistency, and giving myself credit for small wins. Overall, it’s made me stronger mentally, helped me build more self-confidence and self-love, and made me feel more capable of handling difficult situations outside the studio too.”

A big thank you to Maria G. for sharing her journey and perspective with us, and for the grounded reminder that showing up for yourself—however it looks—is always a step forward.
