A MESSAGE FROM JONALYN
As the holiday season winds down and the decorations get put away, there’s often a quiet moment that follows — a little more space, a little more stillness.
This is the part I love most.
It’s a chance to enjoy some peace, some solitude, and a bit of honest reflection.
To notice which doors quietly closed in 2025, and which ones are still standing — maybe not fully open yet, but present, possible, waiting.
And there’s something exciting about that.
My hope for you as we begin this new year is that you give yourself moments like this regularly. Even five minutes a day to slow down, breathe, and do something that brings your body ease or your heart a little joy.
Those small moments have a way of changing everything.
2025 HIGHLIGHTS
As we step into 2026, we’re taking a moment to look back with deep gratitude and pride at everything our community accomplished in 2025.
Last year was filled with commitment, growth, sweat, resilience, and so many powerful moments on the mat. None of it would be possible without you.
To kick off the first newsletter of the year, we’re honoring something truly special: our Top 10 Attendees of 2025 — the students who showed up again and again, making their practice a priority all year long.
Their consistency is inspiring, and their dedication embodies the spirit of BYT.
Congratulations to each of you — this is an incredible achievement, and we’re so proud to practice alongside you.
As we move forward into 2026, we’re filled with excitement for what’s ahead: new goals, fresh energy, and countless opportunities to grow stronger together.
Whether you took 10 classes or 300 last year, this is a brand-new chapter — and we can’t wait to see what we’ll accomplish as a community in the year ahead.
Here’s to showing up, supporting one another, and making 2026 our best year yet.
WORDS OF WISDOM
One of Tessa Dennard’s favorite quotes to start the new year with is:
“Believe it, See it, Achieve it”
At the dawn of this new year, this quote reminds us that every achievement begins with belief.
When you trust what’s possible, you start to see the path more clearly—and with consistent action, you turn vision into reality.
Let this be the year you believe in yourself, visualize your goals, and show up for them with intention.
