HOW GOOD CAN THIS GET? (Part 2)
Written by Jonalyn
When I first started yoga, I’ll be honest—I just wanted to lose weight.
I didn’t understand yet that this practice could do more than change my body.
I didn’t know it could actually change the direction of my life.
But it did.
Not all at once… but breath by breath, drop by drop, class by class.
The truth is:
I didn’t need another workout.
I needed to make my life the most important thing in my life.
And that’s what Bikram Yoga gave me.
This 90-minute moving meditation isn’t just physical—it’s full-body, whole-life medicine. It balances and strengthens all 14 systems of the body, so the nervous system can finally calm down.
That’s when the magic happens.
That’s when you start to feel the goodness you didn’t know you were missing.
And then Inferno Hot Pilates added strength, stamina, and cardio—the physical fire that made me feel strong in my skin.
That made me proud of what my body could do.
Over the last 2 years, the Epigenetic Metabolic Reset helped me unlock the final piece:
Nutrition, gut health, and inflammation management—without confusion or crash diets.
This trio—yoga, Pilates, and functional nutrition—has me walking a new path.
Not chasing a number on the scale…
But actually experiencing how good it can feel to live in a body that’s supported, resilient, and mine.
And I’m just getting started.
I’m on the road to find out just how good this can get.
You’re welcome to join me.
In fact, it’s way more fun together.
See you in the hot room,
Jonalyn
