WORDS OF WISDOM
e’re adding MORE classes to give you even more ways to sweat, strengthen, and shine:
This is one of Cheryl’s favorite quotes:
“Never fear the unknown, observe with a new pair of eyes to see new possibilities.”
It’s a beautiful reminder that growth often happens outside our comfort zone.
Instead of resisting what feels unfamiliar, we can choose to stay curious — to look at challenges, change, and even ourselves from a fresh perspective.
When we do, we often discover opportunities and strengths we didn’t know were there.
