IHP CONVENTION 2025!!

This past weekend (Sept 21–23) , the entire BYT staff hit the road for the second annual Inferno Hot Pilates (IHP) Convention — and what an unforgettable experience it was!

Our adventure kicked off Saturday, Sept 20, with a road trip from Tracy, CA to Las Vegas, NV.

The van was decked out in fun decorations thanks to our creative staff and members, and the ride was full of excitement.

On Sunday, our very own Cheryl Nalls led an Express Bikram Yoga class at the Inferno Hot Pilates Studio in Las Vegas to kick off the convention.

It was hot, sweaty, and the perfect way to get the energy flowing!

After class, we checked in at the stunning Durango Casino & Resort, picked up some awesome IHP swag, and enjoyed exploring the Strip.

Monday brought the official start of the convention. Gabi Walters, the creator of IHP, inspired us with powerful talks, alongside guest speakers.

A panel session highlighted the incredible impact IHP is making in communities everywhere.

Then came Gabi’s signature IHP class — an arm-focused burner with weights that absolutely tested our strength.

After a full day of inspiration and sweat, the team gathered for a wonderful dinner at Nico’s, where we laughed, connected, and recharged.

Tuesday was competition day with the very first Inferno Games!

The BYT team was the very first group to take on the challenge, pushing through tough tests of strength, endurance, and determination.

We’re so proud that everyone finished strong — and extra cheers to Tom, who took 2nd place overall!

To top it all off, BYT was honored with the Best Team Award — our 4th IHP award so far!

We’ve come back from Vegas with renewed energy, vision, and passion. We can’t wait to bring it all back to the studio and share it with YOU. Get ready — the fire is stronger than ever! 🔥

WORDS OF WISDOM

Tessa D. shared her favorite quote from the convention:

“The past is a place of reference, not a place of residence.”

A beautiful reminder that while we can learn and grow from our past, we shouldn’t get stuck living in it — the real power is in moving forward.
