Hip Hop Into Xmas with Cheryl Nalls
Cheryl is turning the 10:00am class into a holiday party. Come dressed in your best hip hop style or rock your favorite festive Christmas gear—either way, be ready to move, groove, and glow!

Tre Herrera is back with a 45-minute Strength Training Pop-Up on Friday, December 26th at 11:15am— free for BYT members ($24 drop-in).
