CONGRATULATIONS!!

We’re thrilled to celebrate our very own teacher, Tres Herrera, on completing her Inferno Hot Pilates Level 2 Certification! 🎉

With her new expertise, we’re excited to bring even more Level 2 classes to the schedule, giving our community the chance to grow, challenge themselves, and take their practice to the next level.

If you’ve been loving Level 1, you may be wondering what the next step looks like. Here’s a quick breakdown:

IHP Level 1
Level 1 builds your foundation. Using body weight resistance, the focus is on alignment, higher reps, and faster-paced movements.

Think “harder, faster, stronger!” This class improves cardiovascular endurance while breaking down muscle fibers to help you build lean muscle mass.

IHP Level 2
Level 2 takes the strength and alignment you built in Level 1 and deepens it.

Here, we add weights and bands with slower, more intentional compound movements.

Instead of high reps, you’ll focus on precision and depth—“low, slow, and deep!” This effectively breaks down muscles to rebuild stronger, improving both strength and endurance.

Each level is as challenging as you make it. Even Level 2 can be done without weights and still deliver results. Remember—it’s not how much you do, but how you do it.

 Level 2 is for everyone—whether or not you’ve taken Level 1. Come try it and discover how strong and capable your body truly is!

SCHEDULE UPDATES

We’re adding MORE classes to give you even more ways to sweat, strengthen, and shine:

✨ New 6am 45-minute IHP on Tuesdays & Thursdays
That means we now have 6am classes 5 days a week! With the 45-minute format, you’ll get your workout in and still have time to get the kids ready for school.

✨ New 4pm IHP on Thursdays
Now you can catch a class at 4pm every weekday, Monday–Friday!

✨ New 7:30pm IHP on Mondays – Evening energy to kick off your week strong!

In addition—now every IHP class will have its own area of focus so you can target different muscle groups throughout the week. The rotation will change every month.

For October it will be:

  • Mon: Abs & Bunz
  • Tue: Arms
  • Wed: Full Body
  • Thu: Legs
  • Fri: Arms
  • Sat/Sun: Full Body

When: Saturday, October 4th at 9:30am!

🚗✨ We’ll meet at BYT at 6:45am and head out by 7am—this is a first come, first serve opportunity you won’t want to miss.
