Bikram Yoga

Bikram 60 + HW Vibe

Start your day with the rejuvenating power of a 60-minute Bikram Yoga practice in a heated room, moving through one long set of the 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises. This class helps you build strength, improve flexibility, release stress, and boost stamina. Afterward, you can head out—or stay an extra 20 minutes for “yoga homework” in the HW Vibe session, a mini-workshop designed to deepen your practice. Each week, HW Vibe breaks down a select group of postures, giving you targeted exercises to refine technique, build foundational skills, and bring more confidence and ease into your overall yoga journey.
